This has been the busiest summer we have ever had! August was a different kind of busy, but busy nonetheless.

Kenna-Rae and I visited my brother Ray, Nicole, Kane, and Kole out at Loveland Bay while they were camping. Kenna-Rae experienced her first boat ride.

Lucky me, I got to take my nephews out for a lunch date!

August found us unexpected extra time with Aaron home. He has been off work on medical leave officially since mid August as his back issues are making doing his job too challenging and risky for his health. We aren't sure what that looks like in the bigger picture, but for now he is in the hands of the medical system including the pain clinic.
