July was a busy month full of outings. We made the most of the moments when the weather as cooperative.

Fun at the beach. On Canada Day we walked from our house down to the beach.

Violet is now walking entirely and no longer crawling, she has 9 teeth, and is eating a wide variety of food. She has taken a few spills including the sidewalk, and can often be seen with a nice bruise from her adventurous nature.

Another fun Nanny Tabi day at the beach

Happy first birthday Violet!

We had a little birthday party for Violet and Kenna-Rae, which was a first for us.

We had an ice cream cake for Violet, Aaron, and Kenna-Rae, a beautiful smash cake for Violet, and a pie for my Dad who prefers pie over cake, so lots of birthday yumminess to be found for 4 birthdays in a matter of less than 3 weeks! Aaron's being May 16, Kenna-Rae May 17, my Dad June 2 & Violet June 3. Every family has their busy birthday time, am I right?!?

Smash cake time!

Kenna-Rae has been working on writing Daddy in preparation for Father's Day.

We recently picked up a used Thule trailer, which Aaron took for a first ride on Father's Day

Some fun around home.

We've been using the new trailer almost every day since we got it.

Kitchen Update: The downstairs kitchen is back together with a lighter floor this time. The transitions still need to be installed, but that's it.
