February started off with Kenna-Rae being introduced to her big girl bed. She was absolutely thrilled with it, and has been spending lots of time on it with her stuffies and reading books. We have lots of time to make the transition, and tried her first nap in her big girl bed on February 28. We will try sticking to just naps for a while and if that goes smoothly we will start with her night sleep as well.We have been waiting for her bedside table and dresser to arrive and once they do we can move all of her clothes over and complete the transition.
Project manager Kenna-Rae, looking over the days work.
Sometimes she surprises us with her openness to flavourful food like Saffron Chicken Tagine.
Kenna-Rae loves watching all the machinery that comes for our building project.
Taking bunny for a walk.
Snow day!
A post snow sunny walk.
We made some adjustments to the living room to make a play area, since we are in the process of moving Kenna-Rae from the nursery to her bedroom, which was previously the play room.
As for us, the back yard garage project has been coming along nicely.
As a bit of a side project we are reworking the kitchen we had installed downstairs including moving the sink to under the window, which meant getting a smaller window installed. We will be using the window they took out in the new garage.
